Lilidi Twin · How it works
How to create an AI employee from your own knowledge
From your knowledge to a working Twin.
Give it approved business knowledge, define its role and boundaries, give it a voice, even your own, then put it in front of customers. No code.
Six steps, once
How to set up an AI employee in six steps
Build it once. Six steps turn your business knowledge into a customer-facing AI employee.
01
Add approved knowledge
Add the website, documents and facts you approve.
02
Define the job
Set the role and the outcome each conversation should reach.
03
Choose the avatar and clone your voice
Choose the avatar, voice and first message customers meet.
04
Set boundaries and handoff
Decide what it can do and when a person takes over.
05
Test the conversation
Try real customer questions before anyone else meets it.
06
Launch and improve
Launch, review conversations and improve what happens next.
- 01Add approved knowledge
- Point the Twin at your website and upload documents such as pricing, FAQs and policies. You review what it found and approve what it may use. Anything you leave out, it will not say.
- 02Define the job
- Choose the role, such as sales, reception, support or meetings, and the outcome a good conversation ends with: a booked call, a qualified lead or a resolved question. Add the questions it should ask on the way.
- 03Choose the avatar and clone your voice
- Pick a ready-made live avatar or go voice-only, choose a voice, or record 30 to 60 seconds of your own voice for a personal clone. Then write the first message customers hear.
- 04Set boundaries and handoff
- List the topics it must never handle and the moments a person takes over, such as discounts, contracts or anything sensitive. The Twin always introduces itself as an AI.
- 05Test the conversation
- Talk to your Twin the way a customer would, by video, voice or text. Ask the hard questions, push back on price, and fix the knowledge where an answer falls short.
- 06Launch and improve
- Share its public link, embed it on your site, connect WhatsApp or send it into a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call. Every conversation, lead and follow-up lands in your workspace for review.
