Why Lilidi is going
We are not going to Barcelona simply to watch another round of AI demos. We want to talk to people already asking harder questions: where do AI agents actually fit inside a company? What should they be trusted to do? What still needs a human? And what happens when AI begins representing the company directly to customers?

The conversation problem
