Lilidi has one product today: Lilidi Twin, an AI employee that talks to your customers by video, voice or text, answers from your own material, books meetings and joins your calls. You pay for it by the month, in conversation minutes. There are no credits and there is no free plan.

What every plan includes
Even the $19 Lite plan is a working Twin, not a demo: a Twin with a live video face on your own link, booking in Google Calendar or Calendly, and a follow-up drafted in Gmail after each call. Nothing is sent without your approval.
What the higher plans add
- Starter, $59: 175 video minutes, basic memory across conversations, analytics and up to 5 conversations at once.
- Professional, $179: a clone of your own voice, CRM-ready lead capture, better memory and 500 video minutes.
- Business, $499: team management, unlimited knowledge, dedicated onboarding and 1,500 video minutes.
- Enterprise: custom minutes, terms and onboarding. Talk to our team.
How minutes work
Your plan is a monthly allowance of conversation minutes. A minute of live video uses one minute of the allowance; a voice-only minute uses half, so every plan holds 2 times as many audio-only minutes as video minutes.
- On Starter, 175 video minutes cover about 35 five-minute video conversations, or about 70 five-minute voice conversations.
- Included minutes reset on your billing date and do not roll over.
- After the allowance, extra minutes cost $0.39 each, and an audio-only minute costs half of that.
- If a conversation fails because of an error on our side, write to [email protected]: we review it and credit the minutes back where the failure was ours.
Why there is no free plan
Every minute of a live Twin runs on paid speech, language and avatar models. A free tier would mean either a Twin too limited to judge, or costs hidden somewhere else in the price. We chose a free public demo instead: you can talk to a live Twin before paying, and the cheapest way to try your own is Lite at $19.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal: if you ask us to start within that period, you pay only for the minutes you used.
Cancelling
You can cancel in one click from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and the minutes already included stay usable until then. The details are in our refund policy.

Earlier versions of this page described credits, a free plan and Creator, Pro and Business tiers. Those belonged to Lilidi Creative Studio, our image, video and audio generation tools, which we retired in October 2026. Credits bought for the studio follow the terms in force when you bought them.
